We provide fee-based services to assist clients in obtaining Federal Tax Identification Numbers (EIN/ITIN) from the IRS. As an authorized "Third Party Designee" per IRS Form SS-4, we submit EIN applications on behalf of clients. We do not verify the information provided by clients and are not liable for its accuracy. Note: Individuals may apply for EINs directly and free of charge through the IRS website at www.irs.gov.

4. Fees and Refund Policy
Our services are billed at the rates displayed on the Website and must be paid in full before service delivery.
Full Refund: If we are unable to obtain an EIN/ITIN due to an unresolvable error, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refund: Cancellations within 30 days are eligible for a 25% refund. After 30 days, no refund will be issued unless the application results in no outcome.
Client Errors: We will attempt to correct errors in provided information once. If errors persist, we will refund 25% of the processing fee.
IRS Reference 101 Error: If this error occurs, we will guide you through manual filing. If the application cannot be processed, we will refund the service fee minus $15. If we fail to deliver the service after submission, we will issue a 110% refund (the full fee plus 10%). All refund decisions are at our sole discretion. Clients must provide all required documents and complete forms accurately within 8 weeks. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the refund.
5. Privacy
Your use of this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that online communications may be intercepted and are not fully secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AMK FILING INC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Payment Terms:
All payments must be made in advance. No cancellations are accepted once services have been booked, except under the limited refund scenarios described above. If you are unable to provide the required documentation, we will wait for up to 8 weeks. After this time, refunds are not available.
